No. Every tier can self-film with the built-in templates or generate video from photos with AI. Growth and Enterprise add the Creator Program, which matches you with a videographer, but it's an option on top of self-filming, not a replacement for it.
You do. Every video shot for your restaurant is yours, including footage made through the Creator Program. Export it, post it on social, take it with you if you ever leave.
Text, price, and availability edits happen instantly in the dashboard — mark a dish sold out or change a price any time, no reshoot required. If you need new video for new dishes, Growth includes a quarterly content refresh and Enterprise a seasonal one, and you can always self-film new clips in between.
No. They scan the QR code and the menu opens in their phone's browser. Nothing to install on their side, and nothing on yours either.
On Growth, the iPad, display, and QR code stand are free on an annual plan — on month-to-month billing you buy them, same as Free. On Enterprise, the kit and any replacement kit are included outright.
